01 Introduction

Welcome to phi77. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phi77 ("phi77," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the phi77 online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available at phi77.xyz and through the phi77 mobile application.

02 Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on phi77, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. phi77 strictly enforces the minimum age requirement in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. Players under 21 years of age are not permitted to register, deposit, wager, or withdraw on phi77 under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, automated bots, and artificial intelligence systems are not permitted to hold phi77 accounts.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws of your country or jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.

• You must not have had a previous phi77 account suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms.

03 Account Registration & Security

Each player is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) phi77 account. The registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your phi77 account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. phi77 is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phi77 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. phi77 will not be held liable for any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your phi77 account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify phi77 support immediately via live chat. phi77 will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon receiving such notification.

• Do not use easily guessable passwords. phi77 recommends using a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your phi77 account for an additional layer of security.
• Never access your phi77 account from shared or public devices without logging out completely after each session.
• phi77 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Do not disclose your password to anyone claiming to represent phi77.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on phi77 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phi77 supports a range of payment methods tailored to Filipino players, including GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits: The minimum deposit on phi77 is ₱50. Deposits are generally credited to your phi77 wallet instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method used. phi77 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. phi77 reserves the right to request supporting KYC documents before processing any withdrawal. Most GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the phi77 account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• phi77 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds, in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.
• Funds deposited into your phi77 wallet must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be processed, unless otherwise specified.
• phi77 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems, or network outages beyond our control.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

phi77 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and validity periods. The specific terms applicable to each bonus or promotion will be clearly stated on the relevant promotion page.

General bonus rules that apply across all phi77 promotions include the following:

• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate bonus offers — including but not limited to multi-accounting, collusion, arbitrage betting, or the use of automated software — will result in the immediate cancellation of all bonus funds and may result in permanent account closure.
• phi77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus funds are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.
• Where a player holds both real-money funds and bonus funds, real-money funds will generally be used first, unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• phi77 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds if it determines that a player has breached these Terms or the specific promotion terms.

06 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the phi77 platform — including Lucky Piggy, Bingo Adventure, Dinner Delights, Darts, and all other titles in the phi77 game library — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The RNG systems used by phi77 are independently tested and certified to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes on every game round.

By participating in any game on phi77, you acknowledge and accept the following:

• The outcome of all games is determined by the RNG and is entirely random. phi77 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee specific results in any individual gaming session.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phi77 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one phi77 account, or assisting another person in registering a duplicate account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the phi77 platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the phi77 platform, its software, or its security systems.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with phi77 games or services.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown bug are void and will be reclaimed.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward phi77 staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Accessing phi77 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• Allowing a minor (any person under 21 years of age) to access or use your phi77 account.

08 Responsible Gaming

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the phi77 platform — including but not limited to the phi77 brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of phi77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phi77 platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any phi77 content without prior written consent.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phi77 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the phi77 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue resulting from technical malfunctions, system outages, or connectivity issues.
• Unauthorized access to your phi77 account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the phi77 platform.
• Interruptions to the phi77 service caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including force majeure events such as natural disasters, government actions, or telecommunications failures.

phi77's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the phi77 platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their phi77 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit phi77's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

phi77 is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all players. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by the phi77 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference.

By registering a phi77 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the phi77 Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, anti-money laundering compliance, and the delivery of phi77 services.

phi77 complies with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and all implementing rules and regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission (NPC).

12 Account Termination & Suspension

phi77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Registration of duplicate accounts.
• Abuse of bonuses or promotional offers.
• Conduct that phi77 reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the platform or other players.

Upon account closure, phi77 will return any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds that are subject to forfeiture) to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC or AML verification requirements.

You may also request the voluntary closure of your phi77 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

13 Amendments to These Terms

phi77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, phi77 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, phi77 may also notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the phi77 platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the phi77 platform and may request the closure of your account.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the phi77 platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through phi77's customer support channels. phi77 aims to resolve all player disputes within ten (10) business days of receiving a formal complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through phi77's internal dispute resolution process, the matter shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent phi77 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
